Shield volcano-A shield volcano is a volcano that has many thin layers of lava pured over it to make it a large dome like volcano.
Cinder cone-a volcano thats steep,cone shaped hill or mountain.
Composite volcano-a cone shaped volcano with ash and gas and lava making layers.
Caldera-some enormous eruptions make a huge hole as it empties its vent.then the hole collapses thats when there is too much.
volcanic neck-a volcanic neck forms when magma hardens in the volcanoes pipe.
dike-magma that forces itself across rock layers hardens into a dike.
sill-when magma squeezes between layers of rock, it forms a sill.
batholith-a mass of rock formed when a large body of magma cools in side the crust.
